Florida Clean Roof told me in detail what they would do. They showed up and completed the job. I was very happy with their work.

The company and the two technicians completing the roof cleaning and sealing were professional, thorough, and maintained excellent and friendly communication. They fixed broken tiles and grouted cracks (not every company does that). They thoroughly rinsed the vegetation and house/windows. I had another company previously do the "soft wash" before who did not rinse the sides for the house, which ended up decoloring the house paint color from brown to a greenish-orange brown. No issues with this company though.

Choosing Florida Clean Roof was truly a great decision! From the very first inquiry until the job was completed, the communication was excellent. Kevin came to my home, inspected the roof, took photos so that he could show me the trouble spots. I live in a gaited community. Kevin facilitated obtaining copies of proof of the company’s license and insurance for my HOA. He told me what to expect in every step of the process and was always promptly available by phone or text. Once the date of service was set up, everything flowed as Kevin had said it would. I received confirmation that the workers were on route. Justin, Elvis & KD were great to work with during the time the cleaning, sealing and roof repair work were being done. They were very receptive to questions and concerns, as well as polite. They worked hard and did an amazing job! “After pics” were taken of the roof and I have access to all my before and after pics on line. What a difference!! Payment was not expected until the job was completed. If you want a roofing company who is licensed & insured, easy to communicate with, actually does what they say they will, does a great job & guarantees their work, then I highly recommend Clean Roof! They will now be my “go to” for all my roofing needs!

5 star service. Karey has team are top notch. From the time you call and talk to the office to the communication afterward, they are the best. If you are looking for a honest and reliable roofing company that can clean your roof, they are the best.

The 2 man team did the best job they could - however, every plant around my house practically lost all of their leaves....they have come back though and only one plant died. They said the plants would not be hurt - but having all the leaves on the ground didn't look like they weren't hurt. It will take quite a while for recovery of most plants, especially hibiscus. Also, really hurt the gardenias - all leaves yellowed within 2 weeks and fell off. Also, multiple dead spots on the lawn - along the driveway and on the side of the house. The small palm trees lost many leaves and the scheflera even lost 1/2 of their leaves and you practically can't kill this plant. The roof was cleaned and coated and looks the best it has in years. The gutters cleaned up nicely too.....but very disappointed with the leaf loss of all plants around the house. Won't have these guys come back.

We had a ton of broken and cracked tiles from the last roof cleaning company. They fixed all the tiles and then cleaned and sealed the roof. Wow, does it look great.
