Wow! Couldn’t be more pleased with the work on the roof cleaning. Nick and Ryder walked me through the process, listen to my requests and then went to work. They even did minor repairs to the roof tiles. They were efficient and made sure to spray everything down and clean up when they were done. I highly recommend this company!

This is our third time using Clean Roof (2 cleanings and one minor repair job). As before, they came out quickly to provide the estimate and then were able to get us on the schedule and complete the work prior to our expectations. The team did a fantastic job explaining the entire process, repairing some minor roof issues before then cleaning and sealing our roof. They took care to wash our plants and fingers crossed we so far haven't lost anything. We highly recommend Clean Roof, they know what they are doing and take great care in the service they provide.

Came on time, kept me informed on progress in my absence. They repair some tiles, sealed the roof with 5 year warranty. My roof looks like new. I would absolutely recommend them. They even cleaned my windows. Never power wash roof again!

After Florida Clean Roof did the cleaning and sealing on my roof in October 2024, I noticed a leak in the kitchen area on the ceiling, which was not before cleaning. I called them and asked for the warranty they promise and their answer was shocking me. They declined any warranty and instead, have given me a very high estimate to fix the leak they caused. Also explained me in a long email (copy/paste and general sentences)that they are a very good rated company and in Florida due to the weather condition, no one can give warranty for roof leak. So, I am not happy with this Florida Clean Roof company. I would not recommend it .

Great job cleaning and sealing my tile roof. Looks like a brand new roof !!
