After Florida Clean Roof did the cleaning and sealing on my roof in October 2024, I noticed a leak in the kitchen area on the ceiling, which was not before cleaning. I called them and asked for the warranty they promise and their answer was shocking me. They declined any warranty and instead, have given me a very high estimate to fix the leak they caused. Also explained me in a long email (copy/paste and general sentences)that they are a very good rated company and in Florida due to the weather condition, no one can give warranty for roof leak. So, I am not happy with this Florida Clean Roof company. I would not recommend it .

Our neighbor has used Clean Roof and their roof always looks clean. After the last two hurricanes passed through, that roof still looked spotless and several other roofs in our neighborhood looked “dirty” ours included. We also had one tile cracked from a palm frond. Kevin came out and explained their services. On our scheduled day, Nick and his assistant called to let us know they were on their way. Nick again went over what they would be working on. They took great care of our landscape and shrubbery, cleaned all our gutters and soffits, cleaned the room and then applied the sealant. They also power washed our driveway! We are extremely happy with our service. This is probably the best company we have hired ! Everyone is extremely nice! And our roof looks fantastic!

Florida Clean Roof told me in detail what they would do. They showed up and completed the job. I was very happy with their work.

The company and the two technicians completing the roof cleaning and sealing were professional, thorough, and maintained excellent and friendly communication. They fixed broken tiles and grouted cracks (not every company does that). They thoroughly rinsed the vegetation and house/windows. I had another company previously do the "soft wash" before who did not rinse the sides for the house, which ended up decoloring the house paint color from brown to a greenish-orange brown. No issues with this company though.
